Aches and pains
One reviewer came in with a stiff back, shoulders and neck, and says they walked out “10x better”. Another says the massage fixed a few aches and pains.

The spa has its own timber infrared cabin, bookable by the half hour. Sit back on the bench, close the glass door and let the heat do the work on a cold Ballarat day.
